Protect Your ClickBank Download Page

ClickBank is clearly the top digital market place in the web world and it has brought out a whirl round in selling digital products and has been the stage for many possible authors who would not have been noticed in the real world publishing. Let's not limit it to eBooks, any digital product that is sold in the ClickBank may have little or no chance to be sold without a platform like ClickBank. Has it not made it possible to linger the entrepreneurship in every vendor in their network?

However there is an inherent delinquency which has been overlooked by click bank. Digital product theft is one of a never solvable problem with ClickBank. However people find a backdoor to get a pirated version. Following are the various possibilities to get free downloads:

• A product can be stolen by weak 'Thank you ' page URL that may be easily guessed • A complicated url shared by one customer to his friends • By just mailing the product itself as an attachment.

Apparently there is no one ultimate solution to sweep of product piracy, but there are ways to bring down the number of free downloads.

The existing protection methods such as ClickBank protection script, a complicated URL are very weak or not easily accessible. ClickBank offers a code to protect your 'thank you' page, it is definitely good but the catch is however good the code may be a vendor needs technical expertise to customize it to each of your products. The complicated URL method can always be shared by one customer to his friends and hence subsequent loss of sale.

I am a web developer and I get several customers (ClickBank vendors) asking me to protect their Thank You pages (from being posted in forums and search engines). Based on ClickBank API, I recently protected download pages for a client. In the process, I also saw that many other vendors charging about $50 per month. I would say its a STEAL.

How Does DeltaCare Work?

DeltaCare® USA is Delta Dental's national Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO). They have a managed care plan that is capable of delivering fine quality care for a mere fraction of what traditional plans cost.

We will take a look at how their plan works and focuses on prevention, on their level of service and quality of their provider network. Most important we will discuss their advantages and the savings you might accumulate by using their innovative dental plans.

The entire philosophy of prevention is central to their approach to managing your dental care. There are over 120 diseases or conditions that are directly related to oral hygiene. Therefore DeltaCare gives its members total coverage for preventive services and for examinations. The goal is to keep their patients in a condition of good oral health and thus prevent future costly or serious problems before they begin.

How does it work?

DeltaCare operates a lot like a dental HMO. As a DeltaCare member you select a Primary Care Dentist (PCD) from their network. This will be your regular dentist who will organize your treatment plan once you have been examined.

If you need specialized care, you can choose a specialist from the DeltaCare network or consult with your Primary Care Dentist for a recommendation. You will be responsible for set co-pays for most of the procedures you receive. You pay right at the dentist office to your dentist. You do not have to file any claims or insurance forms at all. That is one way they keep the process easier for you to manage. You also have the benefit of knowing before you go what your costs will be because the co-payments are fixed and published.

There are many advantages with this kind of managed care program. Among the standard benefits you will find total coverage for examinations and cleanings and preventive services. In addition, another standard benefit is comprehensive orthodontic coverage. (That is unusual compared to what most other companies offer.) A group plan can be set up if you have more than 5 employees and it will include prevention and various levels of restorative dental care. We have already mentioned the fixed co-payments that list every procedure that is included and what the up-front cost will be, so you can be better prepared for dental expenses.

Working with a large national company also gives you a comprehensive high quality network of professional dental care providers. The savings you receive are in part because of the DeltaCare capitation plan. That means each dentist in the network gets paid a flat fee every month to provide care for you and all other members. That is how the insurance company is able to manage their costs so effectively. It also gives the dentists encouragement to focus on prevention to keep their own need for extensive and expensive treatments to a minimum.

On the flip side, there are some critics who object to the capitation plan because it leaves room for dentists to be paid for your membership regardless of whether you were treated during that particular month. Nonetheless, this type of plan has demonstrated efficiency, efficacy and quality service and savings across the nation. Plus it has a guaranteed satisfaction refund policy for all of its DeltaCare dental plan members.

Greyhound Handicapping - How To Find Value

Value is a buzzword right now in handicapping circles. We heard it in almost every commentary on the Kentucky Derby. I hear it all the time at the greyhound track when handicappers are talking about what they like in the next race, and why they like it. Everyone assumes that they know what it means, but does it mean the same thing to everyone? What does it mean to you and how do you find it when you handicap a dog race?

To me, finding value means finding a dog that is underrated and playing it to win and/or place and in exactas with other dogs I like in that race. For instance, in a race where there's a standout dog - one who wins 2 out of 3 of its races or more - I might put a dog who wins almost as often but places more often into an exacta box with the standout dog. The standout dog might pay peanuts to win, but a decent amount in an exacta with the value dog. I'll also use that dog in other exotics, like trifectas and superfectas. And let's not forget Pick 3's and Pick 4's and the like.

Figuring out whether a dog is a "value" play is mostly a matter of figuring out how often it comes in and comparing that to its odds in the race its running today. If you bet that dog in every one of its races, how often would it have won and at what payoff? If it wins an average of 1 in 10 races, and pays $10 a race, odds of less than 1-10 aren't going to give you the payoff you need on it. It's not worth risking more money than you can reasonably expect to win on a dog.

Of course, there's more to handicapping than odds and statistics. When we look at a race, we have to look at the factors that will determine who hits the board in that race, things like speed, running style, post position and track bias, if any, on that day. Actually, these are the things we should consider BEFORE we look for value in a race. So, first handicap the race and then look for value by finding a dog that is at higher odds than it should be, based on its likelihood of coming in, judging by its past history in that type of race at that track.

The Road Ahead - Computers For Everyone

We live in an area that uses Green Bins for household waste. Our regular garbage is picked up every other week and the only weekly garbage collection is our green plastic bins, to be filled with leftover food products and other organic waste.

When the program first started, I was sure we could never change our ways, but before long, depositing bones and leftover food in the bin became automatic.

Why am I telling you this? Because using the computer will also become easy for you the more you try. Sure, the learning curve is steeper than remembering which container to use for which type of garbage, but the idea is the same. Every time you perform a function or solve a problem on your computer, it will be easier than the time before.

In 1966, Bill Gates wrote a book titled 'The Road Ahead'. Gates said, "Computers frighten almost everyone (everyone but children), before they learn to use them. When people spend more time with computers, they understand them better. You can start by playing computer games or doing other simple things. Once you start using them, I think you'll like them."

Speaking from experience, once you start using computers, not only will you like them, you'll wonder how you ever managed without one.

With the Internet, we can keep in touch with old friends and make new ones; play cards with someone on the other side of the world; have virtual experiences of flying an airplane, driving a car, even dissecting a toad. Pilots and doctors practice their work without worrying about accidents. And every school can have a wonderful library thanks to the Internet.

Gates saw then how much our world would change because of computers. Banking and shopping online, distance learning, the ability to telecommute and work from home - all of these grew as software became better and more powerful. Not only have the ways we work and relax changed, even the way we interact with other people has been altered thanks to the computer.

Gates talked about his own futuristic house. Anyone in the house wore an electronic pin that told the house who and where you were. When it got dark, the pin would turn on lights nearby and turn them off when you went away. Music would play near you and the phone ring nearby only if the call was for you. A home control console activated choices of lighting, music, and temperature. That was in 1996, so who knows what his home is like now!

The book ended with a cartoon showing a mutt using a computer and saying "On the Internet, nobody knows you're a dog." How true - on the Internet, we are all on equal ground. I like that idea, don't you?

Zeus Shying Away From The Spotlight?

No matter how hard he tries to hide himself from it, the spotlight will continue to shine on the Sporting Kansas City's winger all year long. Graham Zusi, a breakout all-star midfielder, isn't the attention-seeking type and in fact, he admits not being too comfortable with it either. With his rapid rise in fame and fortune, he has been compelled to deal with it. Who wouldn't?

It all started a year ago when he was finally given a chance to start in the lineup a couple of months going into the season. He then went on to become the year's MLS breakout player. It really is just another rags-to-riches type of story. He barely even clocked in 1,000 minutes and started in only nine games throughout his pro career after being drafted from Maryland in the second round as the 23rd overall pick of the 2009 Super Draft.

His impressive style, his pinpoint precision on corner kicks and his aggressive distant shots, have been the basis for Jurgen Klinsmann, coach of the USMNT (U.S. Men's National Soccer Team), to bring Zeus in the training camp.

Zusi, in only his second international game, scored the team's only goal for a 1-0 win against Panama last January. He continues to impress Klinsmann, earning four more call-ups and he has truly demonstrated that he can be a significant factor for the CONCACAF semifinals of the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

After playing in the last couple of World Cup qualifying matches, Zeus may just be the apparent heir to Landon Donovan, the team's leading career scorer. Donovan has been dealing with injuries from the MLS season. He even has not been on the USMNT since August and he has only played in eight out of 20 games under Coach Klinsmann.

Zeus' participation in the nationals didn't affect his performance within his club. In fact, it even motivated him even more by leading the MLS and the Sporting KC with 15 assists. This has earned him his spot to be among the contenders for the MVP award. And if it weren't for Chris Wondolowski, a forward for the San Jose Earthquakes, Zusi may possibly end up being the favorite for this award.

It seems as if this once timid winger has drawn strength from the spotlight. It just motivates him to work and play harder. With the field as his sanctuary, expect this "reserved" and "bashful" player to transform into a tenacious and aggressive competitor once the whistle blows.

A Big Fish Story

Ketchikan, located in southeast Alaska, is a good place to fish for halibut. Sally and John Balch live in Ketchikan and have a favorite spot nearby to halibut fish. It's a secret spot, so don't ask where it is.

The Balches were fishing there one Sunday and having good luck landing cod and halibut, so they decided to stop about mid-morning. Sally started pulling in her gear and felt a tug on the line.

It was more than a tug, really. Sally said that she thought she had snagged the bottom of the ocean. Sally reeled in the line with all her strength, tired, and turned the rod over to her husband.

John and Sally fought the halibut over the course of the next hour. They reeled it to the surface three times, but each time the halibut regained strength and swam back down to the bottom of the ocean.

After more than an hour the tired Balches were successful in subduing the halibut, and after another hour were able to bring the halibut into their boat.

Back in Ketchikan the Balches towed their boat over to the local lumber yard where John works and used the fork lift to unload the halibut from their boat. A crowd gathered to listen to repeated tales of the adventure, and the Balches filleted the fish and gave away pieces to anyone who wanted a piece.

They had plenty. The halibut was 7 feet long and weighed 323 pounds. And Sally caught the large halibut with a bargain $39 Penn rod and reel combo.

Effective Banner Design - Get The Most Out Of Your Banner Advertisements

Any advertising campaign online should use a banner design, but just uploading it online and having them present is far from enough. There are many ways to design and construct a great banner, but, for the most part, most successful banners have common elements that make them stand out. As such, before you decide on a banner and message you have to be acquainted with a few useful tips about the way they should be created.

Here are a few tips that insure an effective banner design for any kind of campaign:

Know your audience: Design the message of the banner ad in such a way as to speak on a personal level to your core audience, to the people most interested in your products or services. Remember the most precious advice of all - you are speaking to one person only, not to a crowd or gathering. Know your target beforehand.

Minimize loading times: Never go for a banner design that takes a long time to load. Keep the file size as small as possible without infringing on the quality of the content. Somewhere around the area of 40 kilobytes should be the limit for static banners, and animated ones should take as little as possible as well.

Brand your advertisements: Use a specific color palette, a specific format, or some other personalization so that you will always be instantly recognized, especially if you run a longer campaign. Using diverging imagery will only confuse your potential clients which in turn will result in mixed results or total misunderstanding.

Always include a call to action: It doesn't have to be classic, "Click now", "Learn more", etc, but you have to tell your target audience via banner ad what to do to avoid confusion or inactivity.

Try to be specific and honest: Advertisements are about solving problems, so you're not helping it if you promise something that you can't deliver. When the target has clicked the banner ad and the promise is not fulfilled or not even present, you have missed your mark completely. Make sure your target site and landing page fulfills the promise of the banner ad immediately, if possible step by step. Make sure not only that you can deliver but also that you can deliver as fast as possible.

There are also other, more technical specifications that lead to an effective banner design. It's also important to use readable type fonts, be consistent about the message and the way it is displayed. Use text sparsely, makes sure that each word is needed, and also be specific about the message. Your target has to be compelled to click and the words in the banner are only there as support, not as the principal content. Visuals can create much more value for the same amount of space, so don't forget that. A balance of creativity, a solid background in marketing, and researching all you can about the potential clients for your service or product will aid you in creating a banner that gets the job done and get the most out of your banner advertisements.

Just Give Me Eleven Reasons To Buy In Dubai

Buying overseas property is not always for the fainthearted but we think Dubai is an exception to this. Here are eleven reasons to buy in Dubai:

1. Property prices look cheap by International standards, and rental yields are still high in Dubai.

2. Rental Market: Long-term residents of U.A.E. are considering buying to replace rental payments and to take advantage of the ever increasing market demand for property in Dubai.

3. Future Development: There is a big change in the city's geography underway with huge plans for the future. What is the fringe of Dubai today, the Dubai Marina, will be uptown Dubai of tomorrow. Thus property values will follow this curve upwards, as people relocate to the new "Centre".

4. Good Prices: Comparatively property is cheap compared to other major cities in the World. Dubai villas cost around $1,000 per square metre. London on the other hand are selling apartments in London Docklands area at $5,000 per square metre an amazing difference.

5. Prime Locations: Oversupply is the main fear highlighted by skeptics. But there can only be so many properties in prime locations and the time to buy them is now. Most projects are now fetching three times their original price.

6. Freehold Laws: Legally, there is no law to prevent freehold purchase in Dubai, and a new federal law should shortly frame legal rights into a form acceptable to international banks for mortgages this will push demand and prices up even higher than they are now.

7. Demand for freehold property in Dubai is much higher than most people can comprehend and understand. Certainly an economy growing at 10% plus a year has a dynamic effect of its own that reflects a huge demand for accommodation.

8. Sound Market: Any property market is going to have its ups and downs, and Dubai will be no different. All the same, Dubai has a habit of frustrating those who wait for bargains. In 1998 some thought rental prices would collapse. It did not happen they are still on the up as is Abu Dhabi.

9. Dubai wants you: Dubai is in the process of creating an international property market from scratch. As a result overseas property buyers are being given an exceptionally good deal to encourage them to be the pioneers of this market with very low deposits.

10. Resale Market: As the second-hand market emerges and the legal position of owners becomes absolutely clear, the element of risk will go, and lower risk will mean higher property prices.

11. Economic Growth: Dubai is a city where a lot of people earn high tax-free salaries and are in a position to support higher house prices. This is a city with a 20-year track record of strong economic growth and will continue to attract foreign and regional inward investment for many years to come.

So why not buy in Dubai - it could be the best thing you ever did!

Florida FR44 Filing by a Motorcycle Insurance Policy Costs Far Less

Different rules affecting motorcycle insurance in Florida are often overlooked by DUI drivers and insurance agents. First of all, this type of policy can be used to secure the FR44 filing with the Florida Bureau of Financial Responsibility. Furthermore, State mandated Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage is not required for vehicles with less than four wheels. These rulings greatly decrease the cost and make qualifying for a motorcycle policy easier. This is a practical and lower cost method to comply with a Florida FR44 filing and is often welcomed news for convicted drivers.

Florida No-Fault law regulates mandatory PIP insurance coverage for cars and trucks, while exempting motorcycles. These benefits extend to relatives and household residents, and are payable in a wide array of circumstances without regard to fault. Naturally, claims occur frequently, however, rampant fraud and abuse brings a torrent of illegitimate and overstated PIP claims. In response, companies require applicants of car and truck policies to disclose all residents and vehicles in their household for review. They are scrutinized for eligibility and rate calculation. A motorcycle insurance policy, being exempt, avoids the underwriting hassle and inflated expense of Florida No-Fault altogether.

The amount you pay for a motorcycle policy depends on the type of bike, your age, place of residence, driving history, credit history, and type of coverage. Many insurance companies assign surcharge points for DUI in the same way as with a major speed or at fault accident causing only a modest rate increase. The administrative cost to add a filing is just $15.00. However, Florida FR44 insurance requires elevated liability limits of 100/300/50 causing a big rate hike to anyone accustomed to maintaining the usual State minimum of 10/20/10. Motorcycles inflict less damage than cars or trucks in an accident and therefore liability coverage cost less for them. A motorcycle policy will decrease or eliminate any rate increase a driver would pay to elevate their liability on a car or truck policy.

When looking for motorcycle insurance you can easily get free quotes online or over the phone in just a few minutes. Talking to a licensed and experienced insurance agent or other qualified expert about coverage, tailored to you, is a good idea. You should only get quotes from insurance companies that are reputable, so check their rankings at organizations like A.M. Best and Standard and Poor. In order to complete a fair and thorough comparison secure three to five quotes and always give the same exact information to each company. Before choosing, contact the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation or the Florida Department of Financial Services to make sure the company is authorized and has limited complaints on file.

The elimination of PIP along with lower liability rates and easier qualifying makes a Florida motorcycle insurance policy a sensible choice for DUI drivers. Some companies will decline DUI applicants and others may cancel policies' of existing clients. On the other hand, there are many that compete vigorously for new policies with FR44 filings. A smart shopper can easily secure affordable Florida FR44 insurance, especially with a motorcycle policy.

How To Take The Guesswork Out Of Buying Term Life Insurance

Protecting your family is the single most important thing any individual can plan for during his or her life. Buying life insurance can be confusing, and a frustrating process. As an insurance agent, I am well aware of the details a customer must know to make the decision easier. In this article, I will offer practical advice on how to simply purchase life insurance.

Look for a company that has at least an AA-rating or above. Independent agencies such as Moody’s and Standard & Poors rate insurance companies on financial strength., there’s little or no difference in two companies with the same exact financial rating. You should feel comfortable with any company that has an AA or higher rating.

When it comes to pricing, don’t be fooled into thinking that insurance agents determine prices and that you can negotiate. Insurance companies set prices and they depend on age, gender, health, smoking status, family history, activities such as scuba diving, auto racing, foreign travel, etc. Insurance agents are not allowed to offer customers any pricing discounts or incentives. Insurance companies offer different versions of the same product. Often you will see what appears to be the same product, but at a lower price. Normally, the reason for this is that the lower priced policy offers a weaker guarantee where the policy is not guaranteed for the full period. For example, a 10 year policy that is only guaranteed for the first 5 years.

When choosing a policy there are important details to consider such as selecting the guarantee period, determining whether or not the policy is convertible and if re-entry is available. The guarantee period determines how long the premium remains at a level rate. Once the guarantee period is over, the premium will increase. It is important to determine how long you will need the coverage and choose accordingly. Guarantee periods range from 1 to 30 years.

Most, not all, insurance companies will offer the ability to convert your term policy into a permanent policy during a given period of time. During this period, if you choose to convert your policy, you are not required to prove medical insurability. You will only be required to pay the new premium at your older age. The period of time you have to convert may be the guarantee period or less. It is important to check the policy description or ask your agent to make sure.

Re-entry refers to the point at which you want to extend or purchase a new policy with the same company. It is important to know if you will be required to take a new medical exam or simply pay the new premium. All companies have different rules and you should understand them before you make your choice. Another important consideration is choosing your beneficiary. It is normally an easy decision when it comes to your spouse or partner, but not if there are minor children in your family. Minor children named as a primary or secondary beneficiary must have a guardian/custodian appointed to handle and distributions of funds according to state laws.

Choosing a life insurance policy does not have to be a difficult process. It also does not have to be done alone. Today, you have the choice of working with a local agent or shopping online. Internet websites such as CompleteLifeQuote.com [http://www.clquote.com] allow you to search hundreds of products and offer you the final decision as to which one to apply for. The companies work with you to process your application and send your policy once approved. Customers can expect to save money this way simply because they are able to choose for themselves instead of having an agent push his/her company’s products. I hope this article has shown you that making this important decision does not have to be a difficult process. Best of luck!

What Is a Yeast Infection Exactly?

Yeast infections can manifest in several different areas of your body, and can affect anyone regardless of age or gender. This form of infection is most commonly found in women and will affect the vaginal area.

There are several different reasons for the yeast infection to surface, including a poor diet, stress, unhygienic behavior or using antibiotics.

Understanding fungus and why it is in your body

A yeast infection will occur when the level of natural fungus in your body begins to grow excessively. This yeast, which is known as Candida albicans, is found in your body at all times; however, when it becomes excessive then you will experience problems. If the yeast production is incredibly high then the infection can be severe and painful.

Environmental disruptions have a huge effect on your body's natural pH levels, which can cause the yeast to grow. Increased moisture, heat, elevated sugar levels, and the reduction of bacteria which controls the yeast will all affect the yeast levels within your body. Unfortunately, all of these factors will cause your body to fail to prevent the extensive growth of Candida.

When you might suffer

You need to ensure that you keep the yeast levels in your body to a safe amount, as they are used to balance your body. If your body becomes unbalanced you might become ill, which can lead to some rather uncomfortable symptoms.

If you suffer with a compromised immune system or an autoimmune disease, you might find it harder to fight the infection.

When you are pregnant, you might find that you suffer more with yeast infections. This is due to the high levels of hormones in your body. You might also find that if you have diabetes or HIV you suffer more.

Having your infection diagnosed correctly is essential to ensure you receive the correct medical care and eradicate the infection completely.

If the symptoms are extreme

Leaving the yeast infection untreated can cause major problems, and you will soon discover that you have to find a treatment. Your immune system will struggle to fight infection, and you might need medical treatment to help the problem.

Common symptoms of yeast infections include itching and discharge, although in extreme cases these yeast symptoms can include swelling and intense burning.

Regardless of the severity of the yeast infection, you need to ensure that you receive a diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible.

There are several different methods of treatment, which will help with the symptoms, but understanding the cause first of all is vital.

You need to determine what is causing the yeast infection, and learn how to prevent them in the future.

My Take - Victor Cruz: Wide Receiver for the 2012 New York Giants

Last year Victor Cruz emerged from nowhere having a breakout season for the New York Giants in 2011. He became a household name with his speed, agility, and salsa touchdown dances. Cruz is easy to root for. He has charisma and a great smile. However, the 2012 season has been a letdown to say the least.

Last year Cruz had 1,536 yards receiving with 9 touchdowns. He hasn't played nearly as well in 2012. Because he is on the last year of his contract, the entire season Cruz has been in contract discussions with the team. He is due to make 490 k this season. This salary is very low for a high end receiver such as Cruz. Some receivers make as much as $16 million a year.

Cruz has had several games with multiple dropped passes in 2012. I contend that his play has declined for two possible reasons:

1) He is worried about getting injured and hurting his future earnings. I have noticed he hasn't been trying to make the tough catches. He seems to be veering away from hits when the ball is thrown into traffic. I worry that he is more concerned about making a few more dollars than helping his team be successful. If that's the case the Giants don't really need a player like that on the team.

2) The Giants main receiver Hakeem Nicks has been injured all season. He has played sparingly this season. Since Nicks has not been 100 %, Cruz has been getting double coverage by the defenders. I don't think the Giants should pay a player big money if he can't find a way to be productive when the defense focuses on him. He seems to shrink when the defense gets in his face and plays him aggressively. His two worst games this season were against the Dallas Cowboys. In both games Cruz had several drops. What made it worse was that the defensive backs grabbed him and intimidated him to the point that he mentally checked out of the games. Morris Claiborne is a Dallas rookie and absolutely abused him in those contests.

I hope neither is correct about Victor. He has become a fan favorite in New York after his 2011 season. However I must say if either is true about Cruz I would not want him on my team. Since it appears that the contract won't get done til after the season, he had better perform if he wants to make the big bucks.

Online Social Optimization for Startups

Starting a business is tough, there is no denying that it takes more than a smile to begin a business and turn it into a success. That said, it is not impossible to find a firm footing if you follow the right path instead of listening to unsound advice.

It is not news anymore that there are more e-commerce websites than brick n mortar stores and that mobile will take over desktop sales soon in the future. It is also well known and amply discussed that social media optimization is very powerful and capable of pulling in new visitors and engaging them with interesting stuff through Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Unfortunately, the average business owner is painfully unaware of the real requirements and implications of doing social optimization correctly.

In general, clicking on the 'Like' button and writing a couple of lines for updates is what people consider enough to captivate new visitors. In truth however, playing it tactfully on social platforms can bring a business more customers than traditional 'word of mouth' marketing, but one has to be meticulous with strategies!

Doing Social Media Optimization Without Being Overwhelmed

It is a mistake to get too worked up after reading success stories of some fancy brand. A common mistake most startups make is to jump into the social bandwagon without considering their uniqueness even for a moment. Soon they discover that there is more than just Facebook! All platforms have their queer way of working and the pace just adds to their miseries. It is not tough to understand that small startups get overwhelmed with the sheer propensity of social platforms to shift focus in short intervals.

The easy way would be to find a local SEO expert, which will cost you some money, but the investment is definitely worth the investment, not to mention you can get back to doing business without worrying about optimization and all the mumbo-jumbo that never made sense to you! On the other hand, you can tighten your belts (and the string on your purse) and decide to take the challenge face on. Here is what you should do if you want to optimize without professional help.

Blog Frequently, Blog Regularly

If you are a newcomer, you need to be very active on blogosphere. Nobody knows about you or your services/products, it is up to you to get the word out. Either appoint a digital agency or do it yourself. It is not very difficult to write something good related to your business. Take an hour to jot down outlines and another 30 minutes to compose the final version. You will need another 10 minutes to proofread it. In just 100 minutes you will have a blog ready for consumption. Even one blog a day will keep your website fresh.

Explore Community Platforms

Think beyond Facebook and Twitter. You definitely need both of these, but you cannot ignore Google+, Pinterest, LinkedIn and review sites at any cost. Link to your blog posts, write creative comments, engage with responders and other businesses. Always remember to use optimized keywords even in your comments, tweets and social mentions, it helps!

We are not saying that these three tips will put you at the top of the world, but it will definitely get you started. Most importantly, never shy away from approaching a professional digital marketing agency if your humble efforts bear no fruit.

Some Things to Consider When Looking for Cruise Deals for Your Next Holiday

Many people are taking advantage of all of the attributes a cruise holiday offers, with many people choosing to sail to some of the world's most beautiful or exotic locations around the globe.

Taking a cruise holiday can often have many advantages over a conventional package holiday where you have to fly to your destination. With a cruise, you actually begin your holiday as soon as you step onto the cruise ship, so you can instantly relax and get into the holiday spirit, unlike people stuck in an airport departure lounge waiting for their flight.

Here is a brief guide and some tips which might help you find the best deal or cruise holiday which offers the best value for your holiday budget.

If you have the luxury being able to book in advance, spend plenty of time researching your cruise holiday options and try to find a deal which suits both your preferred holiday itinerary and your budget. Time spent researching on the internet could save lots of money in the long run. If you want to save even more money, book well in advance as if you can book for the following year's travel you are likely to beat inflation and currency changes in the coming year.

In contrast, if you have supreme flexibility, try to book through the last-minute offers advertised. In many cases, if you can book last-minute, perhaps within the current month of sailing, you could well find the cruise holiday operators who will cut the prices of their current cruise packages before they are due to sail.

Again, if you are flexible about you cruise plans, why not consider a cruise and fly option? In some cases, a one way cruise and a fly home option can save you money over a cruise both ways.

If you are not tied to a particular time of year, then why not sail out of the peak season to a particular location? Sailing off-season can see you make a considerable saving over sailing during peak periods of the holiday season.

How about travelling as a group? If you can organise a larger number people together for a cruise holiday, say eight or ten plus people in your family, you will find the price can be reduced over standard fares. Alternatively, if you belong to a club or an organisation and you would like travel as a group, you could either save a percentage of the cost or you might even be able to negotiate a free cabin for yourself. If you spend the time to plan your cruise holiday, the savings could be immense.

Setting Career Goals

In a difficult economy it is harder to reach your career goals. Less job availability makes moving up the corporate ladder a slow, strenuous climb. Concentrating on career goals becomes secondary when scrambling for a job - any job. However, when you are looking for work, keeping focused on your objective is paramount.

Successful people are goal oriented. Career goals are milestones or objectives set to help you evaluate your professional progress. They are effective for people looking for a job and those pursuing advancement. Why? You have to know where you plan to go in order to get there. Career goals serve as a working outline to keep you on your personal path to success.

There are basic goals to concentrate on when setting your plan. The first is increasing your skill set. To stay competitive, you have to continually enhance your knowledge. Another overall goal is monetary gain. Being underpaid can make you bitter and decrease performance. Of course, money is always a deciding factor, but let's not forget an even more important consideration. You should feel happy about what you do eight hours a day. Then, next to satisfaction, there is the search for stability. Once you are ably to attain a stable position it is easier to concentrate on personal development.

Break these basic career goals into bite sized pieces to set specific goals. Write down concrete ambitions and refer back to them. Here are some examples of specific goals:

• Switch companies

• Earn a promotion

• Create personal standards at work like never skipping lunch.

• Learn to communicate more clearly

• Feel more upbeat at work.

• Develop positive work friendships.

• Join management ranks.

• Acquire a new skill.

• Pursue a certain award

• Better organize daily goals.

• Clean and organize your desk.

• Become an entrepreneur.

• Select a mentor or become one yourself.

• Make yourself known as an expert in your field.

• Start under promising and over delivering.

• Make a personal connection with clients.

• Send out x resumes.

• Sit for an aptitude test.

There are just a few examples. Depending on your situation, choose short and long term tasks that will help you fulfill your career goals. Don't write the list and then file it away. It will not do you any good in the bottom of a drawer.

You must work towards the steps and evaluate your progress at least yearly. When you hit a goal check it off your list. Crossing something off the list gives a great sense of accomplishment and momentum toward future goals. The list is also very helpful before a performance review. It will give you a record of your achievements for the year. Use this information to negotiate a better position or a higher salary. When looking for a job, keep your list handy to keep your career goals in mind.

If you're joining the work force, under employed, attempting a career change career goals will guide you to the next step. Have a plan, don't plan to fail. You will be amazed how much your professional satisfaction can change, one check mark at a time.
